Can’t go wrong with an OXO. For $15. Nice. Sharp. Very sharp, nice weight knife. I’m really enjoying using this knife. This is a user-friendly knife. This is an unpretentious, capable tool that is likely to get lost between $5 ginsus and $240 Shuns. Great knife! I LOVE THIS KNIFE! Great for the price. I am a Chef Instructor at a training facility.
