What is the item condition
· This item is brand new and factory sealed
Will there be a tracking number included

Yes a tracking number from UPS or USPS or FEDEX is included with all items
shipped. If by chance I didn’t include it feel free to ask me for
it.
How fast should I expect delivery of my items?
I try my very best to
get items shipped out as fast as possible. Items generally arrive between 5 to 9
business days following purchase depending on the speed of the shipper. Unless
otherwise noted in the listing. Some of my items take 10 to 14 days.
Others take 11to 15 business days. Every listing will let you know.
If the listing does not include the shipping time, shoot me an email and I will
let you know shortly thereafter.
IF YOU BUY ON A SUNDAY IT’S GOING TO TAKE AN EXTRA DAY BECAUSE
ON SUNDAY’S I LIKE TO SPEND IT WITH MY FAMILY.
CAN I SHIP AN ITEM TO AN UNVERIFIED
ADDRESS OR ADDRESS OTHER THAN THAT IN THE PAYPAL SHIP TO ADDRESS?

note that all shipping addresses must be in the paypal ship to address
I cannot change the shipping address once it is provided through paypal. I cannot change a shipping address even if it
is emailed to me through eBay because often items are already shipped out
before I receive the emails. Also paypal
does not provide buyer or seller protection if an item is shipped to an address
other than the one in the paypal ship to address.
In
the event you send me an email requesting to ship to an address other than the PAYPAL SHIP TO ADDRESS we will
have to refund your money and we can agree to cancel the transaction. After that takes place you
can repurchase the item with the correct SHIP TO ADDRESS IN PAYPAL.
This
is done to prevent fraud and to protect the buyer and seller from losses.
Unfortunately there are bad apples that ruin it for everyone.
Can you please combine shipping on these
items for me?
I’m sorry but I do not combine shipping on items at this time.
How fast do you respond to my emails?
I generally try to respond to emails one to two times a day. I have a
family, things come up. Please allow 24-36 hours for an email
response.
· If you do not receive an email response within that time
period please re-email me as sometimes emails get sent to junk-mail for some
reason and although I try to check that folder sometimes they can get missed
there.
What about feedback? It’s important to all of us!!!!!

Where do you ship to? Where don’t you ship to?
· I only ship within the continental 48 United States
· I do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska
· I do not ship to Military addresses
· I do not ship to Puerto Rico or Guam
· I do not ship to Canada or Mexico
· I do not ship International
· I do not ship to PO Boxes, please provide a street address
to ship to, it can be a friend or family member or a work address because as
long as the address is included as the paypal ship to address I can ship to
an unverified address
How do you handle returns?
· I will accept returns but for items that are DEFECTIVE only.
· Returns are for EXCHANGE FOR NON DEFECTIVE ITEM ONLY
· I need to be notified of a defective item within 7 days and returns need to be
received back within 14 days of receipt

A pre-paid label will be issued for returns so please do not send until you
receive this label.
· Items must be returned within 10 days post issuing of the
label or they will be assessed a 10% restocking fee
· If the item is no longer in stock then a full refund
will be issued rather than exchange
As a last note
·· Please note that I am human and at times will make a
mistake just like everyone else, but one thing I will make sure that is that
you are never without the item you purchased or your money. I try my hardest to
have the best price but at times other sellers will sell for a few cents or a
few bucks cheaper-but please note that if issues arise many sellers will tell
you tough luck, that is your problem. I am not one of those sellers, I will
work with you!
99% of the time there are no issues but that
1% of the time it is important to have a seller who cares about their buyers,
not a seller who says tough luck. I promise you that you cannot go wrong
