We just received and have used our Oster 2803 a few times.Handy grip, nice weight, simple operation are its features.It is suitable for everyday use and cleans up easily.Glad it isn’t like the old heavy monster electric knives of a few years ago.Only one deficiency keeps it from a five-star rating: The bottom of the motor housing is rounded, so when placed on the counter during use the whole unit swivels around and rolls sideways.The motor housing needs to be flatted on its bottom so the unit would remain stable and upright when put down.Overall, however, a good unit at a reasonable price.The bonus fork is a nice extra!
