Since I have never used a set of “good” knife first, I have this sentence of five “because I do not know the experience to see if they are not better. I can not imagine anything better. They make a food prep relative breeze. When I went shopping for them, was really just looking for an 8-inch chef’s knife, a special kind, not just a description. Vicorinox The brand had the best grades of “Cook’s Illustrated” besting get more knives expensive. However, nowhere in the product –Description or in any of the reviews I’ve found what are all these knives, I had anyway. You are a 10-inch chef knife, a cutter and a 6-inch 8-inch paring knife. I fortunately only with the 8-inch chef’s knife, but this way I have three knives really well, not just one.
