The 18 inch Fusion Chacago Cutlery Knife Set is crafted with high carbon stainless steel forged blades. These blades are backed up with black comfort poly grip handles to enhance your comfort whilst chopping. The knives incorporate taper grind-edge technology to give them an optimum level of sharpness so you can cut your food very precisely.
The taper grind edge technology also makes the blades very easy to resharpen. The high carbon stainless steel that they are crafted from makes the blades stronger and harder. They are highly resistant to pitting, stains and rust.
