I have put it through the paces. This afternoon I sharpened 10 kitchen knives, including a stainless meat cleaver and some Old Hickory high carbons, my neck knife, my pocket knife, my 14″ Old Hickory ‘machette’, and my Old Hickory Skinner. It won’t shave you but you can cut paper.

It doesn’t come lanyard friendly so I just drilled a hole and put a metal ring on to add it to my caribiner.
