Corundum Whet Stone Knife Sharpener – HandyNiknaks

Corundum Whet Stone Knife Sharpener T0931W sharpening system includes 4 different grades of corundum whetstones, coarse, medium, fine and extra fine. The system uses a blade clamp and angle guides to control the sharpening angle. Rods connected to the whetstones are positioned through one of the seven channnels of the blade clamp assembly, allowing seven different sharpening angles.

The blade clamp assembly should be held flat on a steady surface, while holding the handle and operating the whetstone with the other hand. The opposite side of the blade edge is sharpened by inverting the assembly after re-positioning the handle.

For best results ensure the angle guides are vertical, use the same angle for both sides of the blade edge. For longer blades it may be necessary to re-clamp the blade to sharpen different sections
